To nehotiating with sellers to drop the listing price and bring money to close. Discussing with the sellers which led to them agreeing to make repairs even though I signed an as-is agreement. Dealing with closing getting pushed twice and working with my schedule to get the close time figured out. They faced every situation head on and did not disappoint.
